 GenTech was founded in 1999 in Flint, Michigan to service the growing need for infrastructure to deliver high availability and disaster recovery for Information Technology.

In 2006, Online Technologies Corporation (OTC) acquired Gentech and assumed operation of its 32,500 Michigan data center.  Since then OTC has connected Gentech's data center to OTC's private fiber based network in Michigan.

OTC operates multiple data centers in Michigan all connected by fiber to OTC's private network. OTC's network has redundant gigabit connections to multiple internet providers.

Online Technologies Corporation provides a full suite of managed services in our own privately managed data centers connected with a fiber network.
